What if I lose my phone or run out of battery?

Use the Knock-to-Disarm feature: a custom tap sequence to unlock your car without the app. We also offer fast account recovery options.

Will it work in areas without cell service?

Yes. KēZ Pro switches to Bluetooth mode if LTE is unavailable, ensuring your vehicle stays secure.

What if my car is stolen while KēZ is disarmed?

If your car is taken while KēZ is disarmed, you can still remotely re-engage the immobilizer via the app (KēZ Pro only). You will also have access to the last known GPS location, which can help police in recovering the vehicle.
