What to Expect During Installation

The installer will confirm your relay type and ensure the correct configuration is used.
- Hardware Installation
They’ll install the KēZ smart relay and plug the OBD-II adapter into the OBD-II port —no wire cutting or permanent modifications.
- App Setup
They’ll help you pair the system with your smartphone and test the immobilizer and alert functionality.
- Walkthrough & Handoff
You’ll receive a brief demo of the KēZ app, including how to arm/disarm, share digital keys, and respond to alerts.
- Certification of Installation
